Iconic MetalGear 21" U-Bolt Headache Rack Mounting Kit This heavy-duty steel U-bolt kit mounts your Iconic MetalGear headache rack with no drilling required. U-bolts wrap around the frame rail and clamp down through frame pads and tacos for a secure, no-permanent-modification install. Note: Choose the U-bolt size that matches your frame rail spacing. Iconic recommends the 21" U-bolt kit when possible, but also offers a 17" kit when your frame spacing calls for a smaller size. If U-bolts aren't an option, try the quick-mount kit. 21" U-Bolt Kit Components: (4) 20"L 5/8"-11 U-Bolts (4) Frame Pads (4) Tacos (8) 5/8" Flat Washers (8) 5/8"-11 Hex Nylocks (2) Rubber Strips (3" x 22") The rubber strips sit at the frame contact points to reduce vibration and protect the frame finish where the kit makes contact.
