Dos Maderas Origen Philippines Rum 42.7% 700ml
The second release in the Origen series from Dos Maderas, the rum brand of Williams & Humbert in Jerez. The rum is made and aged for six years in the Philippines, then shipped to Jerez for six months in 80-year-old amontillado sherry casks, and bottled at 42.7% as a limited 2026 edition. The producer's notes give banana, roasted pineapple, hazelnut and a mineral edge on the nose, and a smooth, saline palate with ripe fruit, almond and citrus.
