Two days, live and in your own tenant For users, Head of AI and IT, AI decision-makers and transformation leads Price: EUR 1,600 plus VAT per person Duration: 2 days Agenda: Copilot Cowork Masterclass – two days, six blocks Content Day 1, block 1 · Spotting delegable work: We go through the participants‘ working day and look for the task chains with the highest repetition and the clearest checkable result. The outcome is a personal list – the basis for everything that follows. Day 1, block 2 · Steering, checking and stopping sessions: How Cowork breaks tasks down, where it asks back, what approval points look like and how to pause, correct or discard a running session. Day 1, block 3 · Building your own skills and sharing them: Every participant builds skills for their own tasks, documents them and shares them in the team so they do not depend on individuals. Day 2, block 4 · Scheduled and event-driven prompts, plugins: Automating recurring work: prompts on a schedule, triggers from incoming emails or Teams messages, using plugins from the Microsoft 365 app store. Day 2, block 5 · Approval levels, risk indicators, governance: Which actions need an approval, how risk levels are set, what happens with over-shared SharePoint content, how logging works. Day 2, block 6 · Implementing your own use cases, anchoring adoption: Guided implementation on the real use cases from block 1, plus the model for carrying adoption through the organisation and measuring it. Target audience: Copilot Cowork concerns four groups with very different questions, and the masterclass brings them together on purpose. Users learn to spot delegable multi-step work in their own day, build three to five skills of their own and develop a routine for checking results instead of trusting them. Head of AI and Head of IT get the basis for decisions on tenant setup, permission model, approval of plugins and custom skills, risk levels and logging. AI decision-makers in management and business units work out a solid prioritisation: which use cases first, what effort, what benefit, what risk – and where Cowork is not worth it. Transformation leads and multipliers take away a multiplier model, a communication plan and metrics to carry adoption beyond the pilot group. They do not answer the two questions Cowork actually depends on in a company: which work is delegable in your organisation and how approvals need to look in your tenant.
