TCG TRADE DAY – DADE CITY Saturday, October 31st | 10AM – 5PM Dan Cannon Auditorium 36222 County Rd 52 Dade City, FL 33525 Vendor Table Information Join us for TCG Trade Day in Dade City — a full day of buying, selling, and trading with collectors from across the region. Section A Tables – $125 Section B Tables – $100 Please select your section when reserving your table. Each Vendor Table Includes: One (1) 6-foot table Two (2) chairs Free on-site parking Access to event marketing and promotion A food truck will be on-site for refreshments throughout the day. Vendor Setup & Arrival Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM. Vendors arriving after 9:30 AM may forfeit their table without refund. Please plan accordingly to allow time for unloading and setup. Tablecloth Requirement Tablecloths are mandatory. If you do not have one, tablecloths will be available for purchase on-site for $10 each. Vendor Policies All table purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, credit may be issued for future events at the discretion of the Event Coordinators. All vendors must comply with event rules and venue policies. Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing systems and cash handling. No subleasing or sharing of tables without prior approval. By purchasing a table, you acknowledge and agree to all vendor policies outlined above. Media Notice: This event will be photographed and video recorded for promotional purposes. By participating as a vendor, you grant M&M Video Games and TCG Trade Day permission to use photos or video of your booth and likeness in marketing materials.
