Created to mark the 10th running of the Kalgoorlie Desert Race, this limited-edition Australian whiskey celebrates a decade of one of Western Australia’s great off-road racing events. Since its first race in 2017, the Kalgoorlie Desert Race has grown into a major fixture on the Australian off-road calendar, bringing bikes, cars, crews and spectators to the Goldfields to take on Kalgoorlie’s unforgiving red dirt, fast tracks and technical terrain. In 2026, the race celebrates its 10th edition while once again hosting the final round of the Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship, alongside the final round of the Western Australian Off Road Racing Championship. To commemorate the milestone, Whipper Snapper Distillery was commissioned to produce this 10 Year Anniversary Whiskey – a limited-edition, single barrel release crafted and bottled in Western Australia. The commemorative label celebrates the people, machines and landscape that have defined the event, with the rear of every bottle recording the winning riders and drivers from the first race in 2017 through to 2025. Important Pre-Sale Information This online pre-sale is available for a limited time only, from 21 September to 19 October 2026. Orders can either be shipped to you or collected from Whipper Snapper Distillery in East Perth during the pre-sale period. Selecting Local Pick-Up does not mean your bottle will be available for collection at the Kalgoorlie Desert Race. If you’re attending the race and want to purchase a bottle on the day, please do not order through this pre-sale. A dedicated whiskey stand will be operating at the event, where bottles can be purchased on race day, subject to availability.
