9Barista Heat Transfer Plate

A replacement heat transfer plate for the 9Barista stovetop espresso machine. It sits between the hob and the machine on gas, electric and ceramic cookers, and it is the plate that comes as standard with the 9Barista Mk.1 and with Mk.2 machines set up for non-induction stoves. The plate is made from a single piece of aluminium and replaced 9Barista’s original multi-part heat exchanger plate. With no bonded layers it will not delaminate or bow out of shape, and on the same gas setting it brings the machine up to temperature faster than the old plate. It does not work on induction hobs.
