Sherlock Belt is Insort’s high-performance belt sorter for precise defect and length sorting of potato products and fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables. A patented curved belt stabilises and orients product, while tilted-lens optics and AI-supported image analysis give full 360° inspection at high belt speeds. The bottom optics sit away from the main product flow, extending cleaning and maintenance intervals and keeping production running.
