Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your jewellery will be back with you within 2 weeks. How it works 1. We’ll arrange your postage After ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your jewellery to us. 4. We’ll add your new detail Our jewellers will carefully add your new ring or charm. 5. Back to you Once your piece is ready, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.
