⬨ DEEP RELAXATION ⬨ STRESS RELIEF ⬨ EMOTIONAL RELEASE ⬨ ENERGETIC BALANCE ⬨ REST + RECONNECT ⬨ SPACE TO RECEIVE Reiki is a Japanese practice working with Qi, or universal life force energy. We practise Usui Reiki, the original Reiki system developed by Mikao Usui, working with the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Gentle and deeply relaxing, Reiki offers a space to slow down, receive and reconnect with yourself. During a session, we work with the movement of energy, supporting the release of what feels blocked or stagnant, while amplifying the energy that supports your own healing and wellbeing. Think of it as a little reset for your energy. Drum Meditation Add-On Take your Reiki treatment a little deeper with the grounding rhythm and vibration of the buffalo drum. About Adele Adele Brydges is our resident Reiki Master, sound practitioner and multidisciplinary artist.
