Tensar Biaxial Geogrid 40 kN/m (TGSG4040) - 3.8m x 30m

Extruded polypropylene biaxial geogrid with a nominal tensile strength of 40 kN/m in both machine and cross-machine directions. The heavy-duty grade in the biaxial range, for stabilising granular layers under sustained heavy loading. This restrains lateral spread under load, stiffens the granular layer and distributes wheel loads over a wider area of subgrade — allowing a thinner layer for the same performance, or longer service life at the same thickness. Under repeated heavy axle loading the benefit shows mainly as slower rut development.
