One More Thing: Last in our Burundi series is from Masha Washing Station. This coffee is honey processed, a rarity in Burundi. However a few stations such as Masha, who accept coffee from over 3200 farmers, have been experimenting with it. The results are great, with enhanced red fruits and elevated sweetness, expect syrupy Tamarind and Cherry Cola from this lot.
