Costadilà 330 S.l.m. Fermo Litre NV

Ernesto Cattel started Costadilà in 2005 in Vittorio Veneto. Arno Cattel, now head winemaker, added this still version of 330 S.l.m. to the range. The estate picks Glera by hand from vines at 250 to 330 meters on clay and moraine pebbles. The team ferments it with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, with no skin maceration, then ages it 6 months in steel with no fining, no filtration and no added sulfur. It pours pale gold and slightly cloudy, with lemon, golden apple, honey and orange. 11.5% alcohol, 1 liter bottle. Serve it as an aperitif or with fish.
