Collector’s Edition — New Creation Each Collector’s Edition from Rebirth is handcrafted in Finland by David and his team as a singular, sculptural object—inspired by the raw beauty of the Norwegian wilderness where the artworks were created. The foundation is formed from solid wood, carefully shaped, textured, and finished by hand to evoke the weathered character of driftwood—wood transformed by water, time, and the elements. Its organic grain, softened edges, and subtle variations give each piece the feeling of something discovered in nature rather than manufactured. At the center, the artwork is printed in exceptional detail and mounted onto a rigid aluminum composite panel, subtly elevated above the wooden foundation. This floating presentation creates a delicate separation between image and material, allowing light and shadow to give the artwork a sense of depth and dimension. Beneath the image, the artwork’s title and the coordinates of its creation are engraved directly into the wood, permanently connecting each edition to its place of origin. A discreet metallic detail bears David’s fingerprint, signature emblem, and individual edition number—a personal mark of authenticity and craftsmanship. Every Collector’s Edition is individually finished by hand, with natural variations in the wood’s texture, grain, and tone ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. Each edition is signed, individually numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
