Seymour, Jr., a multidisciplinary Indigenous artist whose work has been exhibited in renowned institutions including the Squaxin Museum, Library and Research Center, Seattle Art Museum, Burke Museum, Portland Art Museum, and Hilo Art Museum. Named after his great-grandfather William Bagley and creating art professionally since 2006, Seymour combines traditional and contemporary influences through a diverse artistic practice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College and a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the Institute of American Indian Arts, and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Indigenous Arts at the University of Washington. The old style anchor is very iconic with tattoo design and adding the scroll on the bottom adds to the overall tattoo motif. The name on the scroll is from a longhouse that used to sit on the shore directly south of Climate Pledge Arena."
