Our Hydrate & Repair Shampoo features a different cleansing system, along with inulin and a blend of hydrolyzed proteins, specifically selected to support moisture, softness, manageability and repair. Our standard shampoos provide balanced cleansing and conditioning for everyday hair care. Why is it hydrating? What ingredients make it hydrating? The Hydrate & Repair Shampoo and Conditioner work together to support hydration. The shampoo uses a gentle cleansing blend and ingredients such as inulin and hydrolyzed proteins to gently cleanse while helping preserve the hair’s natural moisture. The conditioner complements this with jojoba-derived ingredients, coconut oil, and hydrolyzed proteins to help condition, soften, and smooth the hair. Together, these ingredients help support dry and damaged hair while leaving it feeling hydrated, soft, smooth, and manageable. What is a hydrolyzed protein and what does it do? Why did you put them? A hydrolyzed protein is a protein that has been broken down into smaller pieces, allowing it to interact more easily with the hair. Our plant-based hydrolysed protein blend provides a broad range of amino acids that helps support hair repair and damage recovery, while leaving hair moisturized, smoother and easier to manage. What is the scent? A balanced and refreshing blend of grapefruit, white pine, lavender, rosemary, and benzoin essential oils. FYI: Benzoin (INCI: Styrax Benzoin Resin Extract) provides a warm, sweet, vanilla-like aroma. Is this aroma available in your standard line? No. This is a new performance-focused line, we wanted to create a unique aroma that sets it apart from our standard line. Why does the shampoo have a gel-like texture? The shampoo was formulated without added salt, which gives it a unique, naturally gel-like texture while still providing a rich lather and cleansing experience. I have curly hair, is it good for me? Yes. Curly hair often benefits from added moisture and conditioning, and this line helps support hydration, softness and manageability. Do I need to use as much shampoo as with the other one? The amount needed may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and personal preference. We recommend starting with a small amount (approximately a quarter-sized amount) and adjusting as needed. Can it be used daily or just as a treatment? It’s designed for regular use, not just as a treatment. You can use it as often as you normally wash and condition your hair. Will we have it in the same sizes as all our shampoos? No. Our current size is 250 mL, and in the coming months, we will also offer 75mL and 4L sizes. If I have oily hair, can I use it or its only for dry and damaged hair? It can be used on oily hair as well. Formulated with a gentle cleansing blend, this product line can lift away residue and excess sebum. Since everyone’s hair is different, we recommend adjusting the amount and frequency of use to your hair’s needs and applying the conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends. Why does the conditioner have a pump and not the shampoo? To make it easier to quickly tell the shampoo and conditioner apart, since they come in the same opaque bottle and the product inside is not visible. Can I refill my bottles? Yes. You can check with your local refillery to see if they carry the Hydrate & Repair line, or refill your bottles at home with our 4 L format, available starting in October 2026.
