Move met je baby

With Move met je baby you become more aware of what your baby is saying with his/her body and you learn to carry him/her in a basic affirmative way. This way your baby gains more confidence in itself and in you and a secure attachment is created. You facilitate motor development with movement games and baby yoga, you learn simple songs that appeal to your baby and you dance while carrying your baby – nothing is more delightful for your little one. A good foundation for your relationship and motor development is laid in the first year and a half; your baby will benefit from it for a lifetime! At the end of each lesson there is an opportunity to exchange experiences. The Move met je baby courses consist of three or five lessons in which the above is practiced, but because babies develop quickly, the groups are divided by age and the content differs partially. At Move met je baby for babies from six to sixteen weeks, we’ll focus also on your own recovery. In Move met je baby for babies from four to nine months, the games are more physically challenging and there is attention for the interaction between the babies.
