Join Peta from Pigface Farm, Mororo and Bree from Clarence Valley Organics, Yamba for a slow Sunday morning on a working regenerative farm in Mororo. Our first event sold out so we will be releasing this event as our final one for this particular workshop. When: Sunday 28 June 2026, 9am to 1pm Where: 291 Mororo Rd, Mororo NSW 2469 Limited to 12 guests only. A guided tour of Pigface Farm - a working regenerative property and one of the growers behind your CVO box. Hands-on harvesting from the garden. A workshop where you'll make your own immunity tonic, fermented garlic honey, remedy paste and preserved lemons - everything goes home with you in your own jars. An immunity shot on arrival. A seasonal, organic grazing lunch to share with Autumn inspired refreshments. What's included Your ticket includes ingredients per person for one batch of each creation - one 500ml immunity tonic and three 200ml creations. What to bring Your jars. One 500ml jar with a clip or screw lid for your immunity tonic, and three smaller jars (150 to 200ml) for your fermented garlic honey, preserved lemons and remedy paste. We'll have spares on the day if you need them, but there's something special about taking your creations home in a jar you love. Wear comfortable clothes you're happy to get a little turmeric on, and enclosed shoes. Gumboots if the forecast looks wet. This is a small group experience. Twelve people who care about what they eat, where it comes from and getting a little more prepared for winter. No experience needed. Just bring yourself and your curiosity. Early bird tickets $89 plus GST until 31 May 2026. Full price $99 plus GST from 1 June. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
