Cherry is pulped, fermented and dried in the sun traditionally farmers use tarps laid on the ground or roof of their homes Peru is the largest exporter of organic Arabica coffee globally with extremely high altitude and fertile soils Peru farmers also produce some stunning specialty coffees, Mountain Water decaffeination process offers an alternative to consumers concerned by methyl chloride (MC) and ethyl acetate (EA) processes. They are fully committed to quality coffee and are committed to never using chemicals to remove caffeine. Proudly keeping Methylene Chloride and Ethyl Acetate out of the facility and away from your coffee.
