Art Deco Natural Pearl Torsade Necklace

A slender, 22", Art Deco era seed pearl necklace, expertly strung in the twisted, torsade style, and finished with a hand-fabricated, 18k white gold clasp. This pearl necklace presents as two "ropes" made of pearls— these are strung on silk, in the round, and they lay together in a soft twist. The necklace is capped with ornate, openwork finials. Its tension clasp is hand-pierced, in a geometric pattern, and set with a trio of small, old mine cut diamonds. This delicate necklace is all-original, and very unusual!
