Google Meet on HP Poly Studio X All members of the HP Poly Studio X family, including the X32, are Android-based Google Meet room solutions. Each all-in-one video bar runs the Google Meet application natively in appliance mode, meaning that you only need the HP Poly Studio X32 and the HP Poly TC10 touch controller – and no additional hardware – to get your meeting rooms online with Google Meet. Distraction-free meetings Block out distracting background noises such as keyboards typing, doors closing or even the sound of a conversation outside the meeting room with Poly’s advanced noise cancellation technologies – NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence. Give everyone in meetings a voice With microphone pickup range of up to 4.5 metres (15 feet), all meeting attendees in your small-sized meeting rooms can rest assured that they are being heard clearly, regardless of where they are seated in the room. The Studio X32 has a 4K, 20MP camera with a 120° horizontal field of view allowing for clear visuals with enhanced inclusivity. Share content easily Presenting and sharing content to a meeting is simple. Participants joining from a meeting room with Studio X32 can easily bring any personal device to wirelessly share necessary resources with Google Meet Companion Mode. TC10 touch interface The sleek 10" touchscreen display and easy-to-use interface make controlling your Google Meet calls effortless. Whether you need to initiate, join or schedule a meeting, it can be done in just a few taps. With a single Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) cable, TC10 can be conveniently mounted inside the room as a tabletop controller or outside the room as a room booking panel*. Multicolour LED lights on TC10 can indicate room availability outside the room or mute status inside the room, depending on its usage. *The TC10 as a room booking panel is not currently compatible with Google Meet or Google Calendar. Simple setup Studio X32’s compact, all-in-one design allows for a simple setup process, making it easy to get any small meeting space up and running in minutes. It can be conveniently placed above or below a display. The included monitor clamp allows you to place HP Poly Studio X32 on top of a screen and optional accessories are available that enable further mounting modes, including the Table Stand and the VESA and Wall Mount. HP Poly Studio X32 can support two external displays through its two HDMI-out ports, allowing you to deploy it as either a single-screen or dual-screen setup to fit your meeting room’s requirements.
