Jorge Elías Rojas is a fourth-generation coffee grower from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, and the founder of Finca El Jardín. His 3-hectare farm cultivates diverse varieties such as Caturra, Yellow Colombia, Pink Bourbon, Wush Wush, and Geisha. He began working in coffee at age 13 and later expanded his family’s land to establish his own farm.
