Family Cinnamon Roll Baking Workshop Sep 13th | 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM $60.00 per person | Supplies Included Join us for a hands-on family cinnamon roll baking workshop where participants will roll, fill, proof, bake, and finish soft cinnamon rolls together. In this class, families will work with prepared cinnamon roll dough and learn how to roll it out, make cinnamon filling, spread and shape the rolls, and proof them before baking. While the rolls are proofing, participants will make cream cheese icing and candied nuts to finish their cinnamon rolls. The instructor will also demonstrate how the dough is made, giving participants a better understanding of the full cinnamon roll process while keeping the class focused on hands-on rolling, filling, baking, and decorating. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today! Class Policy & Attire Guidelines NY Cake Academy classes are held at our Manhattan flagship location at 118 W 22nd Street, New York, NY. Classes are hands-on, interactive experiences designed to provide practical instruction in a fun and supportive environment. For safety and comfort, participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back during class. Registration & Class Size Class sizes are limited to help ensure proper instruction and attention. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as classes may fill quickly. Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, and no registrations will be accepted after the deadline. Late Arrival Policy Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will forfeit their registration. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for late arrivals. Cancellations, Class Changes & Transfers Cancellations or class changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Any class switch or transfer is subject to a $35.00 administrative fee and availability.
