Drawn from Darjeeling’s storied high-elevation gardens, this signature in-house blend is a tribute to the enduring charm of Chinary black teas. Over 200 spring batches were meticulously tasted before just a select few heritage lots—known for their briskness and clarity—were brought together. Plucked between 4000 and 5500 ft during the earliest days of the season, the tea captures the pure, green vitality of the first flush. Guided by terroir, elevation, and the leaf’s natural character, our blenders have shaped a cup that feels authentic and refreshingly expressive. With silvery buds and bright green leaf cuts, the infusion reveals a crisp, vegetal body layered with juicy cantaloupe and rounded off by a mellow finish of green fig—a vivid expression of Darjeeling’s classic springtime character.
