Destash Madison Booth Fee This booth fee is for accepted Destash Madison vendors who have already completed the application process. Booth sizes: 6' x 6' — $65 6' x 10' — $110 This listing reflects the remaining booth balance after the initial $20 application deposit. --- Vendor Responsibilities & Terms By purchasing a booth space for Destash Madison, vendors agree to the following: • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and any materials needed for setup. • Vendors are responsible for all sales conducted at their booth, including collecting and remitting applicable sales tax. • Vendors are responsible for handling their own payment processing and transactions. • Vendors agree to keep their booth area clean and free of debris throughout the event and during breakdown. • Vendors are responsible for the security of their own items and equipment at all times. --- Liability & Insurance General event liability insurance is carried by Destash (Permanent Baggage LLC). However, all vendors participate at their own risk. Destash (Permanent Baggage LLC), Garver Feed Mill, and Garver Events are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for any injury that may occur during the event. Vendors are responsible for their own property, setup, and any liability related to their booth space and activities. --- By completing booth payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms.
