Meet Tony Negroni. The Negroni was born in Florence in 1919, when Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano cocktail to be strengthened with gin. A century later, its spirit travelled north with a distiller who is half Italian by heritage and fully Orcadian by craft. "Tony Negroni" began as a favourite at The Orkney Distillery bar in Kirkwall, mixed with gin made on the premises. Loved by locals and visitors alike, it is now bottled: a meeting of Italy's timeless cocktail and Orkney's distinctive character - a drink with two homelands and one unmistakable in flavour. 50cl. 27.5% vol.
