Liquid Paper

Liquid paper forms part of Panda's textured art family. It is applied onto clear acetate sheets (can trace a design placed under the acetate) and left to dry. It can then be peeled off the acetate and applied to your are work. You can either color it with the Panda acrylic before you put it on the acetate or paint over it once its applied to the design.
