This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for Melt and Pour Soap. This is the original Soak recipe updated to include extras to allow you even more creativity than before! You can create a number of Soaps including EXTRAS: Sponges, Rope, Loofah. Allowing you to create soap infused sponges, soap on a rope, and loofah embedded into your soaps. To make the Bubble Bars you will be using the following ingredients Stephensons Melt and Pour SLS Free CLEAR Soap Base Stephensons Melt and Pour SLS Free WHITE Soap Base You may use either one or a combination of both to create your products. Plus: The following Soak Fragrances: Blueberry Jam Tropical Mango & Lime Fruit Loops Pacific Coconut Pink Grapefruit Strawberry and Lime Sweet Orange Coco Cabana Passionfruit Martini Green Apple You may use one of these fragrances per product at the usage rates stated on the report. You cannot mix fragrances within the same product. Soak Water Soluble Dyes: Red Granular Black Granular Orange Y6 Citrine Yellow Sapphire Blue Indian Pink Emerald Green Turquoise These can be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report. Soak Mica Colours: Intergalactic Golden Blue Asteroid Gold Total Eclipse Black Cosmic Red North Star Silver Solar Yellow Milky Way White Purple Planet These may be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report. Soak Neon Non-Bleed Colours: Neon Non-Bleed Blue Neon Non-Bleed Green Neon Non-Bleed Yellow Neon Non-Bleed Orange Neon Non-Bleed Pink Neon Non-Bleed Purple These may be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report. Soak Airbrush Glitters: Gold Silver These may be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report. Optional Additions Included: We want you to have the most creativity possible with this flexible CPSR and that's why it also includes the following non-cosmetic items to hide within your bath bombs or decorate with where appropriate complying with UK Toy Safety Regulations (UKCA marking), CE marking where applicable and marketing to an appropriate age: Toys Jewellery Crystals (tumbled, no sharp edges) Paper Items (such as fortunes, jokes, quotes on waterproof paper or concealed in plastic plastic or foil) (PLEASE NOTE- IN COMPLIANCE WITH FOOD IMITATION LAW, NO UK/EU ASSESSMENT WILL ALLOW A MANUFACTURER TO CREATE PRODUCTS WHICH LOOK LIKE FOOD) How it works Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation. This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation. The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters. These will allow you to change the scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety. These CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.
