Burundi · Red Bourbon · Washed & Honey Two processes. One origin. This set brings together both expressions of Giku, a Red Bourbon lot from Burundi produced by Long Miles Coffee Project. In the cup On one side, the washed lot delivers a clean and vibrant cup, marked by notes of black tea, caramel and citrus. On the other, the honey process offers a silkier texture and a sweeter, more rounded expression, revealing floral notes, berries, chocolate and peach. Two distinct profiles born from the same place. A simple way to explore how processing can transform the cup and reveal different dimensions of the same coffee.
