Bakewell Tart Frosted Cookie

This cookie makes me want to cry. I am confident we’ve peaked and have nowhere to go from here. This cookie is your happy place, and you’ll never want to leave. This is a Cherry Bakewell done RIGHT (which also means it’s the most fiddly and complicated cookie for us to make). But who even cares. Each cookie includes a base of our signature vanilla Naked cookie dough, layered with raspberry jam, house-made frangipane, and topped with almond frosting and a glace cherry. This is one of those bakes I wish everyone could try because we all deserve something this good. The flavour. The texture. 1000/10. PACK OF ONE.
