Our Blue Quarry range pays homage to the bluestone quarry in which our winery finds its home. Crafted from exceptional single vineyard sites, these wines showcase nuance, craftsmanship and a profound connection to the land, inviting a journey through the distinct character of each vineyard. Sourced from the Survivor Grenache that is planted just below the winery, this wine is the darker, more powerful side of Grenache. Filled with red fruits at the darker end of the spectrum, aromatic spices, soft velvety tannins and a balanced long structure that completes the wine.
