KEY NOTES: Believed to be London's first Sparkling Brut Made in the traditional Champagne Method 'Single Estate'; Produced exclusively from grapes grown on Forty Hall Vineyard Certified Organic Natural and unfiltered Vegan 11.5 % Vol Forty Hall Vineyard's 2023 Sparkling Brut is made in the traditional Champagne method from organically grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely from Forty Hall Vineyard. Delicate and fresh with a light texture, soft acidity, hints of lemons, ripe apples and a touch of toastiness. Delicious now and will continue to develop well for a few years. All our wines are made exclusively with grapes by multi award-winning English wine maker, Will Davenport and reflect the best of low-intervention, natural English winemaking.
