"Insulae", meaning 'the islands' in Latin, refers to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, our source of inspiration and reflection for the creation of our project in 2020. Each single malt whisky release of Insulae is unique. The "Insulae" collection is shaped by the endless exploration that the art of blending different casks in our cellar offers us. For the blend of this Insulae 002, we selected 3 different casks that reveal a powerful and fruity whisky: an Ex Cognac cask, an Ex Bourbon cask, and a white wine cask from the Rhône Valley." 50cl
