SUNDAY POWERfit #BASHMENTpole intermediate/advanced dance class This sexy, heels-based POWERfit workshop is aimed at those seeking to learn and/or develop specific dance style techniques, choreography and their performance presence. Whether you'd simply like to complement your existing pole practice or need to work on your technique & stage presence for a special performance or competition, this intensive will improve your dance ability, stamina and agility around the pole, as well as helping grow your stage confidence and teach choreography. The workshop is a minimum of 1.5hts and split into 2 sections. The first section of the class is a prerequisite "pole essentials" focused session where you will learn a range of pole fitness moves, this ensures that any and all choreography/techniques taught thereafter are appropriate for your specific fitness and flexibility levels. It also serves as a conditioning session to progress the needed skillset, mobility & strength for you to feel confident to proceed to the second section of the class. The second session is solely performance and/or choreography focused, you will incorporate all pole fitness moves learnt into a dance routine. Whether it be for yourself, a video feature or competition, this lesson will teach contemporary Bashment and commercial heels dance techniques and choreography to help evolve your performance style, maximise your stage presence and really bring out your POWERful POWERfit #BASHMENTpole self !!!!
