Tasting Notes: Aroma: Lush and fruit-forward, opening with inviting aromas of dried cherries, white pepper, and warm baking spice. Palate: Vibrant notes of cranberry, pomegranate, and ripe stone fruits, perfectly complemented by elegant notes of plum and soft spice. Finish: A brief yet clean finish that leaves behind a fresh echo of red fruit and gentle warmth. Vineyard & Winemaking Details: This distinctive terroir experience is selected from 17 vineyards from every corner of the Willamette Valley The inclusion of many old vine sites and heritage clones offers complexity that punches above its weight To extract rich color and flavor, the grapes were 100% destemmed into stainless steel tanks with a cold soak time between 3 and 5 days The wine was fermented at low temperatures to promote flavor development and increase complexity Before being blended and bottled, the wine rested on French oak (20% new oak overall) after undergoing malolactic fermentation. The 2024 growing season offered an extended hang time with slow and steady sugar accumulation, resulting in a standout vintage with great energy, complexity, and preserved acidity.
