Du Vin à l'Âme - On s’aime

On s’aime is a beautifully expressive Chardonnay from the golden stone hills of Beaujolais Pierres Dorées, a wine that feels both comforting and quietly sophisticated, balancing texture, freshness and purity with remarkable ease. Grown organically and biodynamically on clay and limestone soils, this is Chardonnay approached with sensitivity rather than weight. The low-intervention winemaking allows the vineyard to take centre stage, with spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, and only minimal sulphur added to preserve the wine’s natural energy and clarity. There is a lovely softness to the fruit here, layered with delicate citrus, orchard fruits and subtle mineral notes that give the wine freshness and lift. With air, the texture broadens beautifully, revealing a gentle creaminess and savoury depth without ever losing its precision or drinkability. Like many of the wines from Du Vin à l'Âme, On s’aime feels alive and evolving in the glass, honest winemaking with elegance, purity and real emotion behind it.
