Basket Weaving | June 20th (Saturday) 2pm-5pm

Learn to weave a functional basket using reed and plain weave. In this workshop, you'll understand basic basketry structure while creating a small basket. What You'll Learn You'll soak and prepare reed, then weave over and under to build a basket from base to rim. We'll cover shaping and rim finishing. By the end, you'll understand basket construction principles and have a usable container. What's Included All materials are provided, including reed, tools, and soaking supplies. You'll take home your completed basket. Who This Is For This workshop is for anyone interested in functional craft or traditional techniques. No experience needed. Perfect if you want to understand how woven objects are made. Ages: 12+
