Do not include the black frame, bezel, plastic border or outer casing. Width: measure from the left edge of the visible screen to the right edge. Height: measure from the top edge of the visible screen to the bottom edge. Units: please provide measurements in millimetres for better accuracy. Photos: if possible, send a front photo and side/top-edge photo of your TV or monitor after submitting your request. How the Quote Works Submit your screen width, height, screen size and model details. We review the measurements and confirm whether the protector can be made for your screen. We send you a custom quote based on the size and requirements. Once confirmed, your screen protector is made to order. Your custom protector is packed and shipped once production is complete. Installation The screen protector is designed with a simple hanging-style installation. Once the protective films are removed, the protector can be placed carefully over the screen so it sits neatly in front of the display. Clean the screen and protector before installation using the supplied cloth and wipe. Make sure the screen is switched off and cool before fitting. Position the protector carefully from the top edge and allow it to sit evenly across the screen. Check that it does not press heavily against the panel or interfere with buttons, vents, sensors or speakers. For wall-mounted TVs, please check that there is enough clearance above and behind the screen for a hanging-style protector before requesting a quote. FAQs Is this a fixed-size product? No. This is a custom-size quote product. We ask for your screen measurements first, then confirm the correct size and price before production. What measurements do you need? We need the visible screen width and visible screen height in millimetres. Please do not include the outer frame, bezel or casing. Can I just provide the screen size in inches? No. The inch size is helpful, but it is not enough on its own. Two 55-inch TVs can have slightly different visible screen dimensions, so we need the exact width and height. Can it be made for any TV size? Many sizes can be made, including common TV and monitor sizes. Very large, curved or unusual screens may need to be checked before we confirm the quote. Is this a stick-on film? No. This is a hanging acrylic-style screen protector. It is designed to sit over the screen rather than being permanently stuck to the display. Can it be removed? Yes.
