Nicknamed the land of "lakes and volcanoes," Nicaragua is home to hidden coffee treasures. Our speciality-grade beans are sourced from the lush, mountainous region of Madriz in the northern highlands of San Juan del Río Coco — named after the river that nourishes its rich volcanic soil.Here, smallholder families, each with an average of just 2.8 hectares, farm under the canopy of native trees.
