1962 Fender Jaguar Black Refin

New arrival to Black Book Guitars in Portland, Oregon. This first year Jaguar would be a nice addition to anyone's collection. Message or call for an in hand description. 1962 Pre-CBS era Jaguar with refin. Slab board rosewood neck. All original electronics dating 32nd week 1962 with desirable 'flat pole' pickups (strong at N: 6.66k and B: 8.11k.) Early black bobbin pickups '62-'63 had straight poles which are considered thicker/warmer sounding compared to '63 and onward staggered alnico 5 rods. A few parts have been replaced including a 3 ply white guard which is vintage correct for custom color black finish. Nut width is 1.52 inches. Weight is 8 lb 1oz. Pro refret and Mastery bridge makes this one the perfect player's Jaguar. This guitar has been fully inspected, cleaned, set up, and intonated with fresh strings. Demo it in our shop located in tax free Portland, Oregon.
