Sriracha Chilli Sauce

Punchy jalapeños, garlic, and rich tomato unite in this spicy, sweet, and savoury chilli sauce. This is our take on a traditional Sriracha sauce, and it works with everything. It's rich and thick, with a texture similar to ketchup. Plus, it's a Great Taste Award winner. The hero of the recipe? Our fermented jalapeños. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks bringing out layers and layers of flavour.
