Baked Feta

WOOD FIRED ITALIAN CRUST SLABS OF FETA CHEESE ROASTED GRAPE TOMATOES ROASTED RED ONION CLASSIC RED SAUCE MOZZ & PROVOLONE EVOO & LEMON FRESH OREGANO Not everyone is on TikTok, but in 2021 this pasta dish using baked feta cheese absolutely took off and spread across the interwebs. So simple, just slabs of briny feta cheese on a pan with some fresh tomatoes and slices of red onion, bathed in olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Maybe some fresh herbs. Baked until toasty and then tossed over pasta or beans or slathered onto bread. It's one of my favorite things and I don't know why I didn't think of doing it as a pizza earlier. So glad I finally connected these dots. Hope you love it as much as I do.
