CLASSIC BILTONG Our classic flavour is a blend of traditional biltong spices - coriander seed and black pepper. It’s the benchmark for the best biltong we'd ever eaten and all future flavours had to match this standard. Free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy, nuts and sugar. It has a 12 month best before date and is best kept cool in the pantry or fridge.
