Tarantula molted fangs
Tarantulas are big spiders that live in warm and humid climates. These spiders molt as they grow, which means that, much like a snake sheds its skin, tarantulas shed their exosqueletons. Tarantulas are notorious for their big fangs which they use to inject toxins into their prey. This toxin, depending on the species, can be very harmful to humans. However, it is not the fangs themselves that are toxic but rather the toxin generating organs inside the animal. One the spider molts, these fangs are no longer dangerous and still every bit as impressive! Sold individually, chosen randomly, photos for reference only, please note that most will not be identified as we source from breeders who keep several different species
