Artifact Magnets - Ochre

Crafted by hand and kiln-fired in natural clay, these ceramic fridge magnets are inspired by the landscapes and layered cultures of New Zealand - where Pacific and European influences meet and mingle. They’re intentionally chunky. Solid. A little elemental. Finished in handmade glazes in sun-washed blues, mossy greens, sun-baked browns, soft whites and inky blacks, they’re tactile, grounding pieces - small objects that feel good to pick up, and hard not to run your thumb over as you pass by. Every magnet is individually shaped and glazed by hand, which means no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in colour, depth and finish are part of their story - and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours. Each artifact is around 8 mm thick.
