The Moonspell Purple Garden Smocked Dress is a celebration of bold, painterly contrast brought together with the greatest artisanal care. Its round neckline bodice is cut from a richly exuberant floral print : large purple daisies, blue cornflowers and sunshine yellow pansies blooming against a deep navy ground with lush green leaves, the whole composition vibrant and joyfully untamed. Against this abundance, the soft lavender cotton of the puffed sleeves and full skirt provides a luminous, dreamy counterpoint. Each sleeve cuff carries its own exquisite detail: a hand-embroidered rosette worked in delicate thread, a jewel-like flourish that bridges bodice and skirt in perfect colour harmony. The waist smocking is worked by hand in lavender and yellow, its chevron pattern interspersed with tiny hand-embroidered flowers. The back closes with a butterfly wing bow sash and self covered buttons. Discover our tops and blouses featuring delightful prints.
