20/06/2026: Truro Cathedral Summer Concert
Join Truro Cathedral Choir for a magical evening of choral music, celebrating the best of our cathedral tradition and Cornwall's rich musical heritage. The first half will include some much-loved upcountry classics such as 'Zadok the Priest' by Handel and 'I was Glad' by Parry, as well as other large-scale works from the 20th century. We move to all things Cornish in the second half, with Trelawny, Cornwall my Home, The White Rose, and Camborne Hill. There will be arrangements by Cornish legend Russell Pascoe, as well as by our Director of Music James, interspersed with Cornish folk songs played by violinist Jenny Wells. Three ticket tiers are available; Band A located in the Nave Band B located in the Gallery - there is a spiral stair case with narrow steps to gain access to the Gallery. No under 16's are permitted in the gallery. Band C located in the Side Aisles - these have no view or a restricted view but screens will be in place to display the concert.
