Jordan, Owner and Head Distiller spent 2 months picking from the distillery’s best casks to make this 3yr old rum from three different cask types: ex-bourbon, new American Oak and new Spanish Oak. The ratios of aged rum between the three cask types have been carefully finessed to achieve the optimal balance. Bottled at 42% Alc. TASTING NOTES Nose: Green banana, grilled pineapple, butterscotch. Palate: Dark chocolate, vanilla, tropical fruit. Finish: Toffee, ginger, stewed raisins.
