Fox redesigned their air spring with compliance in mind, allowing the air spring to freely move as the fork absorbs the hits from the trail. A little wiggle room goes a long way, and prevents binding as you go through rough sections of trail, keeping the air spring supple at all times. Now paired with the updated GRIP X damper for 2027, the Fox 36 SL packs serious punch into a small package! To get you the exact fork for your bike we may need to change the air shaft assembly to achieve this. As an authorized Fox Service Center we will replace the air shaft with a new one in the length you need and we'll put fresh lubricant on the air spring seals and the proper amount of bath oil into each leg.
