Perfect as an aperitif, with charcuterie, roasted poultry, sweet-and-savory dishes, or aged cheeses. Made from estate-grown grapes in Soings-en-Sologne, currently in organic conversion. Gently crafted with a short maceration and natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts, then aged in stainless steel to keep all that fresh, vibrant fruit intact. Bottled with minimal intervention and a little time to rest before release.
