Fondant Cake Decorating Masterclass
Saturday 13th June, 11am at our Rozelle studio. Learn the fondant techniques behind some of our most photographed celebration cakes. A relaxed, hands-on class with everything taught from scratch, so no prior experience is required. In this 5 hour fondant masterclass, you'll learn to: Make a smooth white chocolate ganache Stack and fill a three layer cake Roll and measure your fondant correctly Cover a cake in fondant with sharp, clean edges Decorate using our panelling technique for a refined finish Class size is capped at 8 people, so you'll have plenty of guidance from Emma and the team along the way. Light lunch, refreshments and a glass of bubbly are included (non-alcoholic options too). All equipment and ingredients are provided. Designed for beginners, and a natural next step if you have already done a buttercream class.
